Customers pay return postage unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrect; in those cases, we provide a prepaid return label. Personalised or custom items are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund processing begins within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. We do not offer direct product exchanges: arrange a return, then place a new order.
