The player version is designed for optimal performance on the pitch, while the fans version is crafted for comfort and style off the pitch.

2. How do I request a refund or exchange?

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customer@footballkituk.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.
  3. Safely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags, materials, and accessories.
  4. Mark the RA number (if provided) on the outer packaging.
  5. Send your items to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. What are the eligibility criteria for returns or exchanges?

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Personalized or custom items are only eligible for return if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

4. Who pays for return or exchange shipping?

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order on our website.
