2. How do I request a refund or exchange?

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at service@footballkituk.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
2. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps.
3. Safely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags, materials, and accessories.
4. Send your items to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. What are the eligibility criteria for returns or exchanges?

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Personalized or custom items are only eligible for return if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

4. Who pays for return or exchange shipping?

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund (including applicable shipping costs).

If the football kit size you purchased doesn’t fit, you can contact our after-sales customer service team at service@footballkituk.com . After confirming the situation, you will need to pay £15 per kit for return shipping and any applicable customization fees (if any). Once payment is received, we will send you a replacement kit.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

If your shipment has not arrived or your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service within 45 days of placing your order for verification. For other order, product, and shipping-related issues, please contact us within 90 days of the order date.
