FAQ

1. What types of football kits do you sell?

At Football Kit UK, we specialise in football shirts, kits, training wear, and accessories inspired by top clubs and national teams. We offer both player version and fan version styles, with options suited to match days, casual wear, and gifting.

2. How do I request a return?

To request a return, please email service@footballkituk.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. You may also share a reason for the return, but this is optional. Our team will confirm the next steps and provide the return instructions.

3. What are the eligibility criteria for returns?

• Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Our voluntary 30-day return policy requires items to be unused, with their original packaging and accompanying materials. It does not limit statutory cancellation rights or reasonable inspection; see our return policy.
• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items remain unaffected.

4. Do you offer free returns?

Customers pay return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we provide a prepaid return label. Contact service@footballkituk.com before sending anything back and follow our return policy.

5. How long does the refund process take?

Once your return has been received and checked, we aim to begin processing the refund within 7 business days. This processing target does not extend any statutory refund deadline. See our return policy for statutory cancellation refunds. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?

Please contact us as soon as possible at service@footballkituk.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.

7. Do you offer direct exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges for a different size or style. Please request a return within 30 days of delivery and place a new order. This does not limit the remedies available for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a processed or dispatched order can be stopped or changed. Your applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected; see our return policy.

9. What shipping options and costs do you offer?

• Standard delivery
Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.
  Free standard UK delivery.
• DHL/UPS Express
Processing: 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
See our shipping policy for the express delivery charge.

10. What should I do if there is an issue with my shipment?

If your order has not arrived, tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, or you have another order, product or shipping concern, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. This request helps us investigate and does not limit your statutory rights or the time limits that apply to them.

If you have any other questions, please contact service@footballkituk.com. We are happy to help.
