1. What types of football kits do you sell?
At Football Kit UK, we specialise in football shirts, kits, training wear, and accessories inspired by top clubs and national teams. We offer both player version and fan version styles, with options suited to match days, casual wear, and gifting.
2. How do I request a return?
To request a return, please email service@footballkituk.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus the reason for the return. Our team will confirm the next steps and provide the return instructions.
3. What are the eligibility criteria for returns?
- Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unopened and unused condition, with its original packaging and accompanying materials.
- Personalised or custom items are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Do you offer free returns?
Customers pay return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we provide a prepaid return label. Contact service@footballkituk.com before sending anything back and follow our return policy.
5. How long does the refund process take?
Once your return has been received and checked, we aim to process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund on their side.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible at service@footballkituk.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.
7. Do you offer direct exchanges?
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please contact us to arrange a return within 30 days, and then place a new order for the replacement item you want.
8. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if your order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

10. What should I do if there is an issue with my shipment?
If your order has not arrived, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 45 days of placing the order. For other order-, product-, or shipping-related issues, please contact us within 90 days of the order date.
