How do your football shirts fit?

Our shirts generally follow an athletic fit, similar to what many players wear on the pitch. If you prefer a looser everyday fit, we recommend ordering one size up. Please check our size guide for full chest and length measurements before ordering.

What if my shirt does not fit?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact service@footballkituk.com to start a return. Items should be unworn and returned with their original tags where possible. Once your return is received and checked, we aim to process the refund within 7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days. Standard delivery typically takes 12-20 business days. DHL/UPS Express delivery typically takes 10-15 business days. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to many destinations. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Customs duties or local import charges, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

Care & Maintenance

How should I wash my football shirt?

We recommend washing at 30�C on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Turn the shirt inside out before washing, use a mild detergent, and avoid tumble drying where possible. Do not iron directly over names, numbers, badges, or prints.

Will the printing fade or peel?

With proper care, shirt printing should remain in good condition over time. Washing inside out, avoiding high heat, and air drying where possible will help maintain the finish. If you receive an item with a fault, please contact us with photos and your order number.
