Black Friday FAQs

When do the Black Friday offers run?

The multi-buy offer runs from 9 to 26 November 2026 inclusive. The prize wheel runs from 00:00 on 9 November until 00:00 on 1 December. All times are UK time (GMT).

How does the multi-buy discount work?

Buy two qualifying shirts for 20% off, three for 25% off, or four or more for 30% off. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Does an order of exactly £30 qualify for a spin?

Yes. Your items must total £30 or more after discounts. Delivery charges do not count towards the £30.

Where do I spin, and how many spins do I get?

Once your qualifying order is paid, select “Open the wheel” on the thank-you page. You get one spin per order. Opening the wheel again shows the same prize.

How do I claim my prize?

Every spin wins. If your prize needs a size, select it and confirm. We record the prize against your order so our team can arrange your reward.

Is delivery free during Black Friday?

Standard delivery is free on all products, with no minimum spend. DHL/UPS Express costs £14.99.
